Easy Restaurant Style Salsa

I got this recipe from a friend and have been hooked ever since. What's even better is that this salsa meets all of the firehouse qualifications: Quick (5 Mins), Easy (Blender does most of the work), Plenty ( 80+ ounces), and Cheap ($7 - $10 depending where you shop).

We will never forget

In all, 343 firefighters were reported missing or were identified among the dead. The number of casualties was staggering. Entire companies were lost. But the numbers tell only a fraction of the story. The faces and names say far more. A father and son. A chaplain. A commander. A rookie.
