Another one of my favorite station recipes. This recipe is a little time consuming, but will be worth the effort. Plan on 45 min to an hour for prep and 30 minutes to the table. Oh and...they're not so tiny!
Ingredients List (3 - 4 People)
Bridgeford Frozen Bread (3 pack) (usually near the frozen pie crusts)
Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Jar of Marinara Sauce
Any Filler you Want (ie Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Olives, Mushrooms, Onion, etc)
Flour
Necessary Tools
Rolling Pin
Cookie Sheets (2)
Cooking Instructions
Preheat Oven to 375F.
Pre-cook any filler if necessary.
Defrost two loaves of bread. Try the microwave instructions on the back for quick defrost. When defrosted place on large flat surface and cut in half (You will be using one half per person). Sprinkle dough half with flour and using the rolling pin, roll dough into approx. 14" by 14" square.
NOTE: You will be placing sauce and filling on only one half of the square.

Repeat for remaining Calzones.
When Finished place 2 Calzones on each Cookie sheet and place in oven for approx. 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
